Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the House Letter of Intent (House Journal page 4203) be adopted. Without objection, the Legislative Letter of Intent was adopted. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to SENATE BILL NO. 321 am? YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Nays: Green and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 321(JUD) An Act relating to incompetency to stand trial. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment with a Legislative Letter of Intent.
